And we’re here to change that.

About the Project

No matter what story life has written for us, moving together has always helped us find strength, joy, and confidence again. That’s why we created My Booty — a women’s fitness community where movement is joyful, habits are sustainable, and both body and mind grow stronger.

We’ve noticed that whenever we strengthened our glutes, everything else in life followed. It wasn’t just about physical results — it was about discipline, consistency, and empowerment that radiated into every part of our lives.

Who is My Booty for? +

My Booty is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're starting from scratch or already exercising regularly, our challenges and lessons will support you exactly where you are right now.

How does the 8-week online challenge work? +

After registering, you will get access to a training plan that you can follow at home at your own pace. You will earn points for completing activities, strengthen your physical fitness and mental resilience, and build healthy habits. If you successfully complete the challenge, you will be entitled to a 50% refund — you can reinvest it in yourself or donate it to a woman who is currently unable to exercise.

What do I need to participate in the online challenge? +

All you need is internet access, a small space to exercise, and the desire to get started. All you need for the exercises is a stopwatch on your phone — we recommend the free Interval Timer app. If you want, you can get a booty band, but it's not necessary. All the videos, plans, and motivation you need will be waiting for you inside the program.

What will I get after registering for the challenge? +

You will receive:

  • An 8-week training plan
  • Access to instructional videos
  • A simple point collection system
  • Community support and motivation to stay consistent

The Booty Challenge is not for you if... +

  1. You have health restrictions that prevent you from exercising
  2. If you have an injury, have undergone surgery, or your doctor has recommended rest, wait until you are cleared to exercise again.

  3. You have pain or problems with your knees, hips, or other joints
  4. If you have persistent pain, limited range of motion, or are unsure whether the workouts are right for you, consult a physical therapist or specialist first. Proper diagnosis and recommendations will help you exercise safely.

  5. You are pregnant and have not been cleared for exercise by your doctor
  6. Every body is different. Without a doctor's recommendation, it is best to postpone the challenge.

  7. You are looking for an advanced strength training plan
  8. The challenge focuses on healthy habits, the joy of movement, and supporting women — not on professional, purely strength-based programs.

  9. You expect extreme results in a few days
  10. The challenge is based on consistency, discipline, and a sustainable approach — not on quick miracles.
